Travel Services and Bookings

erl.travelingkamu.com acts as a platform connecting users with third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We do not own, operate, or control these providers. All bookings are subject to the provider’s own terms, availability, pricing, and cancellation policies. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective service provider and our internal review process. Where erl.travelingkamu.com directly manages a service, refunds will be issued within 14 business days of approval. No refunds are issued for bookings canceled less than 24 hours before departure unless covered by travel insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, software, and interface design—is the property of erl.travelingkamu.com or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, erl.travelingkamu.com and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any travel services booked through it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the preceding six months.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
